Frequently Asked Questions

I always aim to ship orders as soon as possible, but due to being a one-woman-band with a baby and another job I can’t guarantee I can send items the next day. For this reason I am unable to offer an express shipping service.

Most orders are sent well within a week, other than canvases and extra large prints which may take longer (usually no more than 3 weeks) as they are made to order. Please allow a little more time for everything during peak times such as Christmas.

However, if you need something urgently please get in touch and I will do everything I can to prioritise your order.

Most orders are sent by Royal Mail second class or Hermes courier, depending on weight and size. Brexit and Covid have both contributed to postal delays so please bear this in mind if you are waiting longer than expected for your order.

If your order hasn’t turned up then please contact me and we will work together to resolve the issue.

Shipping costs:

Very small item = £0.95

                (includes single greetings cards, single coasters, single pack of notecards/Christmas cards)

Small item = £1.95

(includes up to 5 cards, up to 6 coasters, up to 3 packs of notecards, single tea towel, single small print)

Standard shipping = £3.95

I have a range of shipping rates with the aim of making shipping more reasonable when you wish to make a small order. If you are unclear which rate you will be charged please put the items in your basket to see the rate that is applied.

Yes – please let me know in the Order Notes box what your gift message is (make sure you say who it’s from!). I’m afraid I can’t gift wrap items.

If you change your mind you have the right to return an item and request a refund for the original purchase price within 14 days of receipt for all items, other than canvases and extra large prints as these are made to order. Unfortunately I can’t accept returns on made to order items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items must be returned and received by me within 21 days of expressing the wish for a refund, and a refund considered under the following conditions:

  • Products and packaging must be in their original and un-used condition, and fit for re-sale
  • Products must be securely packaged and shipped at your own risk and cost

Everything is made to a high standard and I never send out anything I am not happy with – but if an item is damaged or faulty when you receive it then please contact me to discuss this.

I’m afraid I don’t take any commissions for paintings and I don’t do pet portraits – I just don’t have enough time! Occasionally I have created custom orders, such as adding something to a card, or making a print in a special size, so do get in touch if you would like to discuss this.

I do occasionally release discount codes – the best way to hear about them is by signing up to my newsletter and following me on social media.

I do add new designs and products every few months – but I don’t have lots of time to paint so this can be a little erratic! Please sign up to my newsletter and follow my social media for updates.
